Calibrating the Platen on the On Gordon Oldstyle

• If you change one bolt, it will change all the rest. Adjust them all at the same time, don't adjust any of them too much alone at one time

• Loosening the back bolts too much will make it hard to gauge the impression. Don't loosen those too much.

• Removing a spring allows for better access - remind Jess to put spring back

• Testing the impression: Lock up the chase with a large lead type piece in each corner

  • Lock up the chase evenly from two sides to ensure it doesn't bow

• Need cotter pin - length of channel + extra to wrap around #shopping/hardware-store
