Using Alt Text in Obsidian

Trying to figure out how to alt text in Obsidian to improve accessibility.

I know that options include inputting images via HTML, but then they won't auto-update if the location or name changes.

This seems to work, though it also includes the file name in the alt text. Not ideal, but it is what it is.
